This site is a repository for ideas, resources and observations on a variety of topics that, I hope, will be of interest to my friends and family and anyone else whose interest is captured. I cannot present myself as an expert or influencer in any of these areas. But if I can benefit others by sharing ideas and information, I’ll be pleased. So here it is.

If you don’t already know me: I, Terry SoRelle, am a retired person living in Austin Texas. I have a long history with the Society of Friends (Quakers) and with nov-violent social change movements. I also worked for many years in the field of software development. I am a singer/musician and collector of folk songs.

AI – Artificial Intelligence and Other Digital Realities
I mean this to be a broader topic than just artificial intelligence. I want to look at many aspects of life in this digital age including AI, social media, the surveillance economy, and generally how we use digital tools to enrich our lives rather than become enslaved.
